Broker submits via the deal submission form or directly to the principal. Standard scenarios receive a verbal indication same day.

Property-level cash flow analysis, credit review, entity diligence, and title work conducted in parallel. Fatal flaws surfaced early.

Eligible scenarios receive a written term sheet within one business day. Terms reflect what we will actually close on, not aspirational pricing.
